The 2010 Winter Governing Board Meeting is scheduled for February 12-14, 2010 at the Inn of the Hills located at 1001 Junction Hwy in Kerrville, Texas 78028.
The Winter 2010 meeting will kickoff with a Vendor Reception Friday night. Saturday will feature the Soccer Expo which will include a vendor show and a wide array of informative workshops on topics such as Finance, Registration, Rules, Risk Management, Referee Workshops, a Coaching Clinic / Demonstrations followed by the District meetings on Saturday afternoon. The Governing Board Meeting will be held Sunday morning.
As usual, the vendor show, meetings and most of the workshops are free and open to the public. A complete schedule of events will be posted in advance of the meeting. All STYSA members from parents to club and association board members are encouraged to attend.
The room rate is $108. The room reservation cut-off deadline is January 13, 2010.
