Two players from South Texas, Allison Smith and Tabria Williford, who play for Lonestar Soccer Club are among the 18 players selected to participate with the Region III ODP team that is participating in an international tournament, beginning Thursday, April 3, in San Jose, Costa Rica.
The four US Youth Soccer Regional ODP teams are made up of U-15 and U-16 players that will compete against the U-17 national teams of Trinidad & Tobago and Costa Rica and the U-20 national teams of Chile and Honduras.
