All e-Travel Notifications are now processed through the Affinity database program.
Travel Notifications must be submitted by the coach, assistant coach, or team manager (as listed on the team roster). You will need to use your user name and password to log in to be able to access your team account. If you do not have a user name and password contact your local club or Member Association Registrar to have one assigned.
