US Youth Soccer Launches TOPSoccer Coaching Course

FRISCO, TEXAS (April 24, 2008) - US Youth Soccer recently launched the US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program of Soccer) Coaching Course at the US Youth Soccer Region IV Symposium in an effort to better equip TOPSoccer coaches. Sam Snow, Senior Assistant Technical Director for US Youth Soccer, will introduce the TOPSoccer Coaching Course at the upcoming US Youth Soccer Region II Symposium August 1-2.

Dynamo Coaches Clinic - June 6-8, 2008
The first ever Dynamo Coaches Clinic, to be held June 6-8, 2008, will provide coaches with concrete examples and information pertaining to the needs of advanced youth players who aspire to play professional soccer.

The South Texas Cup Allocations for both the Eastern District and Westerm District are now posted on the South Texas Cup page of the website under State Competitions.

The Eastern District Seedings for President’s and USYSNC State Cup are now posted. To find the seedings click on State Competitions and then select the appropriate competition. The link to the seeding chart is located in the left navigation bar. 
Rio Valley Kohl's American Cup enjoyed by all in attendance!
 
The second 2008 Kohl’s American Cup in South Texas was held in Harlingen on March 15 and 16 at Victor Park.

Corpus Christi Kohl's Cup a re-sounding success!

 The 2008 South Texas Kohl’s American Cup Tour opened in Corpus Christi on March 8 at the Portland Community Center Soccer Complex.

For the third consecutive year the KOHL’S AMERICAN CUP will return to South Texas in 2008 with events being hosted by Coastal Bend Youth Soccer, Rio Valley Youth Soccer, El Paso Youth Soccer Soccer and by Eastern District.
