South Texas Youth Soccer Association, with the help of US Youth Soccer, STAR Soccer Complex, Northeast Youth Soccer Organization-NEYSO, Fine Designs, Inc, Alamo Heights Fort Sam Houston Youth Soccer-AHFSH, and Morgan’s Wonderland will host a TopSoccer Festival at 9 a.m. Saturday, March 13, in San Antonio.

The STYSA 2010 Winter Governing Board Meeting Sunday morning wrapped up two days of meetings, workshops, coaching clinics and demos, referee workshops, induction of two new Hall of Fame members at the Hall of Fame Luncheon, rule changes and officer elections.
